Health:
We have a 100% health guarantee on all animals at the time of sale. If you should have an issue with an animal within 24 hours of delivery, contact Texas Scale immediately by email.
Hets are guaranteed, other genetics are identified to the best of our ability.
Shipping:
Live arrival is guaranteed on hub to hub shipments. Shipping will be through FedEx priority overnight on Monday, & Tuesday. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address and any special instructions prior to shipping. Shipments to a FedEx staffed hub must be picked up within 2 hours of delivery or the live guarantee is terminated. Insurance at the buyer’s expense is recommended. We are not responsible for a carrier related delay.
In the unlikely event an animal is DOA, the buyer must notify us by email within ONE hour of the delivery receipt with a clear photo of the deceased animal. Any deviation from these requirements terminates live guarantee.
